HOW WE ARE HANDLING COVID-19

DOING OUR PART

We take the health and safety of our guests and employees very seriously, particularly during these unprecedented times. Genesis House continuously monitors and follows the latest advice from federal, state, and local authorities to ensure proper protocols are being executed daily. The following measures have been implemented to provide the safest and most welcoming experience for each and every guest of Genesis House:

  • Face Coverings: Guests and employees are encouraged to wear face coverings, but they are not required to enter Genesis House.
  • Sanitizing: High-touch surfaces, including vehicle and door displays, are disinfected between each guest visit and there is a sanitizer station on each floor.
  • Extensive Training: All Genesis House employees will be fully trained on the updated procedures in order to assist guests at the highest level during their visit.

Genesis House has taken thoughtful actions to help prevent the spread of Coronavirus and deliver an exceptional experience that gives guests comfort and confidence in this ever-evolving COVID-19 environment. In order to keep one another safe and healthy, it is paramount that guests join us in our efforts by kindly following these guidelines:

  • Stay home: If you're experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 such as a fever or cough, please wait to visit Genesis House until you are symptom-free for at least three days. If you tested positive for COVID-19 or have come in close contact with someone who has, we ask that you wait a minimum of 5 days, or until you've tested negative for COVID-19, to visit Genesis House. 
  • Stay mindful: Please follow all COVID-19 signage to help keep everyone safe.
  • Stay positive: Genesis House is thrilled to welcome you to an immersive experience of culture, cuisine, and conversation. We look forward to serving you.
